Violation of Code: [511-6-1.03(2)] Establishment does not have PIC present to manage and supervise other food handling staff. Establishment must have a PIC present at all times who is knowledgeable of food safety standards and practices. New Violation. 1-2B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.03(3)(a)] Establishment does not have a certified food safety manager. Food service establishments must have a CFSM to supervise appropriate food safety standards and practices. Certification needed within 60 days. Repeat Violation. 2-2E Violation of Code: [511-6-1.03(6)] Establishment does not have written vomit and diarrheal event procedures in place to prevent the spread of norovirus. Establishment must have a written procedure that tells employees step by step on how to clean and sanitize bodily fluid spills and events. New Violation. 6-2 Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(6)(g)] Observed pork prepared by Flor de Jalisco and purchased by establishment stored in standing cooler for over 24 hours with no date label. Food that is not commercially prepared must be datemarked with the date of preparation or date of discard. Food can no be held longer than 7 days with day 1 counting as the day of preparation. New Violation. 11D Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(3)(g)] Establishment does not have thermometer available to check internal temperatures of potentially hazardous foods. Establishment must be able to observe temperature of potentially hazardous foods. New Violation. 13A Violation of Code: [511-6-1.02(1)(d)] Establishment does not have most recent inspection from 9/13/2018 posted. Most recent inspection must be posted in public view. New Violation. 15B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(3)(h),(i)] Establishment had no chlorinated test strips to test the chlorine concentration of their sanitizer. Establishments should be able to provide a test kit that corresponds with the sanitizer they are using. Repeat Violation.
