Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(2)(p)] Observed plastic cup being used to dispense flour from large bin. Dispensing equipment must constructed of durable material be designed properly with a handle to avoid contamination of food. COS: Plastic cup discarded and replaced with a scoop with handle. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
