Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(6)(g)] Observed pan of chile rellenos datemarked with a date of preparation of 2/2/19. PIC stated that item had been incorrectly labeled. TCS foods must be correctly labeled with either date of preparation or date to discard. COS: PIC discarded of item. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 6-2 Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(6)(h)] Observed salsa prepared on 2/15/19 stored in walk-in cooler longer than 7 days. TCS food must be discarded after 7 days with the day of preparation counting as day 1. COS: PIC discarded of salsa. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 13A Violation of Code: [511-6-1.02(1)(d)] Establishment does not have the most recent inspection report from 2/12/2019 posted in public view. The most current inspection report must be posted in customer view area. New Violation.
