Violation of Code: [511-6-1.03(5)(c)] Observe employee drink from a single service cup with a lid and a straw then put on gloves to initiate a task that involved working with food. Employees may drink from a single service cup with a lid and straw but must wash their hands before beginning a task that involves donning gloves and working with food. COS: employee took off gloves, washed hands, and donned gloves again. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
