Violation of Code: [511-6-1.03(5)(j)1&2] Observed employee in the kitchen area drinking from a can with a straw . Ensure that employee drink from single service cups with straws in designated areas. Employee immediately removed the can from the kitchen area during the inspection. New Violation. cos Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 14B Observed sanitizer bucket with wiping cloth stored on floor in kitchen. Ensure all sanitizer buckets are stored more than 6 inches off the floor .
