Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(4)(r)] Observed boxes of fries and nuggets being stored under walk-in freezer fan which is leaking water from plumbing. No food shall be stored under leaking water lines or under lines on which water has condensed. COS: PIC to store boxes so they are not under leaking fan and have freezer serviced. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
