Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(6)(n)] Observed sanitizer bucket in bar area with a concentration of 0ppm chlorine. Chlorine sanitizer solution shall be made to a concentration of 50-100ppm. COS: Employee remade sanitizer solution to 100ppm. Corrected On-Site. Repeat Violation. 6-2 Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(6)(g)] Observed multiple pan of shredded chicken that were prepared yesterday morning 1/9/18 with no date/time stickers. 1 pan was labeled with a made on date of 12/26/18. COS: PIC states all chicken was prepared yesterday and correctly labeled each pan of chicken. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
