Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(1)] Observed (2) cans of apple slices in the dry food storage room with severe dents on the seams. Ensure all cans are kept free of dents on the seams and the body. This is to prevent The spread of C. Botulinum which causes Botulism. PIC immediately placed the (2) dents cans on to the designated rack to return to the supply for credit. New Violation. cos.
