Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(6)(i)] Observed reheated French fries stored at room temperature without appropriate means to verify the length of time they had been out at room temperature. Potentially hazardous food items shall be marked to indicate the appropriate time to discard when using time as a public health control. COS: PIC to use whiteboard to indicate appropriate discard time. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
