Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 14C Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(10)(g)(1)&(3)] Observed single-use food containers stored on shelve not inverted and outside of original packaging. Single-use items must be stored in such a way that food/lip-contact surfaces are not exposed to overhead contamination. COS: PIC inverted items. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
