Violation of Code: [511-6-1.06(2)(r)] Observed mop sink faucet backflow prevention device leaking when water is turned on. A plumbing system shall be repaired according to law; and maintained in good repair. PIC to inform kitchen manager of leak and a work order will be requested. New Violation.
