Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(7)(b)] Observed Accumulated mold debris inside the mini ice machine unit located at the front customer service area. Ensure food contact equipment are properly cleaned to sight and touch. Pic Indicated the ice machine will broken down at the end of the day and cleaned. Compliance will be monitored in 72 Hours time. New Violation. New Violation. 6-1A Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(6)(f)] Observed grated cheddar cheese on the front cash register in a metal pan at 51 Degrees Fahrenheit. According to the Pic on duty the grated cheese was removed from the reach in cooler (30) minutes ago. Ensure that all TCS foods are cold held at temperatures of 41 Degrees Fahrenheit or below. Due the fact that the cheese had just been taken out of temperature control (30) minutes ago, it was placed in the walk in freezer to rapidly bring down its temperature to 41 Degrees Fahrenheit during the inspection. The Cheese was rapidly cooled down to 41 Degrees Fahrenheit in (23) minutes in the walk in freezer during the inspection. New Violation. cos. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
