Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(2)(a)] PIC failed to provide temperature logs for drop deliveries along with drop delivery contract. According to Chapter 511-6-1.04(3)(m), the food service establishment shall maintain records of the written agreement as specified in subsection (3)(m)3 of this Rule as well as records that show the delivery condition and temperature of the products upon delivery. PIC to obtain drop delivery contract and inform delivery company of the requirement to record temperatures upon delivery. PIC given example of drop delivery agreement for reference. New Violation.
