Inpection Notes

Observed ice machine located in the back by the dry storage with heavy accumulation of black and pink mold along the baffle, surrounding perimeter of the chute, and interior components. Both drink dispensers located in the drive through and lobby also had heavy accumulation of mold inside of their nozzles. Food contact surfaces should be cleaned and sanitized at a frequency to prevent mold build up and accumulation. COS: PIC closed down the ice machine in the back by the dry storage and notified all employees to use the ice from the drink machine by the drive through. PIC also removed the nozzles from the drive through and lobby to cleaned, and sanitize them before putting them back on the machines. Corrected On-Site. Repeat Violation. 17B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.06(5)(n)] Observed dumpster side door open, and cardboard dumpster with top lids open. Dumpster receptacles should be kept closed to prevent possible insect attraction and entry. New Violation.
