Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(6)(n)] Dish machine not registering any sanitizer. Dish machine must read a concentration between 50-100ppm chlorine sanitizer in order to effectively sanitize food-contact surfaces. Establishment using 3CS to sanitize dishes until issue is resolved. New Violation. 14A Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(4)(k)] Observed in-use utensils with food residue stored outside of the food and out of temperature control. In-use utensils should be stored in the food and/or under temperature control between uses to prevent the growth of bacteria. COS: A new utensil was used to scoop the food item and was left in the food between uses. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
