Food-contact surfaces shall be cleaned at a frequency to prevent the accumulation of mold and debris. COS: Ice machine emptied, cleaned, and sanitized. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 14B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(10)(e)1,2,4] Observed equipment stored underneath a leak in the ceiling tile. Food equipment should be stored in areas where it is not exposed to contamination. COS: Employee moved equipment for cleaning and sanitizing. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
