Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(7)(b)] Observed mold and debris in the drink dispensers located in the drive-through window. Food contact surfaces should be cleaned and sanitized at a frequency to prevent mold accumulation. COS: PIC removed the nozzles and replaced them with new ones. Old nozzles were wash/rinsed/ sanitized. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 17B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.06(5)(o),(p)] Observed grease container leaking with grease that has pooled from underneath grease receptacle and to underneath dumpster receptacle. May be possible leak from grease container. PIC to follow up with grease company on replacing the container and cleaning up puddle of grease. New Violation.
