11C Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(6)(c)] Observed fish thawed overnight without being removed from ROP environment. ROP fish that is to be kept frozen until time of use shall be removed from the ROP environment prior to thawing. COS: Fish was voluntarily discarded. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
