Violation of Code: [511-6-1.06(2)(o)] Observed employee washing his hands in the kitchen's vegetable sink. Ensure employees wash their hands in designated hand washing sinks only. Employee was redirected by the Health Inspector to wash his hands at the hand sink which he did. Also the vegetable sink was sanitized during the inspection. New Violation. cos Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 6-1A Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(6)(f)] Observed various TCS foods cold holding in the 2-door sandwich cooler unit at temperatures above 41 Degrees Fahrenheit. Ensure al TCS foods are cold held at 41 Degrees Fahrenheit or below. The TCS foods were all voluntarily discarded during the inspection. New Violation. cos. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 8-2B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.07(6)(g)] Observed sanitizer bucket full of chlorine sanitizer in the kitchen which measured more than 400ppm with the chemical test kit. Ensure chlorine sanitizer maintains a concentration of between 50 - 100ppm. PIC diluted the sanitizer solution with water until it measured between 50 - 100ppm during the inspection.
