COS: PIC placed plastic wrap over each open container. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 4-2B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(6)(n)] Observed sanitizing solution with 0ppm chlorine sanitizer. Chlorine sanitizer solution must have between 50-100ppm chlorine concentration. COS: Employee changed sanitizer solution to 50ppm. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 10D Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(8)(b)] Observed two containers of expired milk in cooler. Expired items must be immediately discarded. COS: Expired items discarded. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
