Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(6)(f)] Observed Salsa Soup and Ground Beef not hot holding at 135 Degrees Fahrenheit. Both items were placed in the steam unit less than 1 hours. Ensure all TCS foods hot holding are kept at a temperature of 135 Degrees Fahrenheit or above. Both items were reheated to 165 Degrees Fahrenheit for 15 seconds with in 2 hours. New Violation. COS. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
