Violation of Code: [511-6-1.03(5)(b)] Observed chef wash his hands at the hand sink without using Hand soap. Ensure employees wash their hands at the hand sink using hand sink. Chef was ordered back to the hand sink immediately by the Health Inspector and told to wash his hands again with hand soap which he did during the inspection. New Violation. cos. Corrected On-Site.
