Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(7)(b)] Observed drink dispensing nozzles with mold accumulation and debris. Food contact surfaces should be cleaned and sanitized at a frequency to prevent mold accumulation and debris. New Violation. 6-1A Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(6)(f)] Observed seasoned chicken at 51F that was cold held over night. TCS food should be kept at 41F or below once prepped to slow down bacterial growth. New Violation. 15B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(2)(m)] Pressure gauge on hot water sanitizing warewash machine not working- needle broken. Machines such as this must have pressure measuring devices accurate to +/- 2 PSI in the 15-25 PSI range. Repair gauge or replace before 5/18/2017. Repeat Violation.
