Violation of Code: [511-6-1.06(2)(c)] Observed hand sink located next to 3 compartment sink without and hand soap. All hand washing stations should be equipped with hand soap and paper towels for drying provisions. New Violation. 2-2E Violation of Code: [511-6-1.03(6)] No policy for vomit/fecal cleanup. Establishments should have written procedures as well as an EPA regulated chemical to clean and sanitize during these events to prevent possible spread of norovirus/contamination. COS: Inspector presented PIC with written procedure. New Violation. 17B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.06(5)(n)] Observed dumpster receptacle with open side doors and broken top lids. Dumpsters should be kept closed and tightly shut to avoid insect/rodent attraction and entry. New Violation.
