Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(7)(b)] Observed wiping cloth in bucket with no Sanitizer in sanitizer bucket and sanitizer compartment of the (3) compartment sink. Ensure the facility uses appropriate sanitizer with the correct concentration for sanitizing . PIC added Chlorine sanitizer with a concentration of between 50 - 100ppm during the inspection to both the sanitizer bucket and (3) compartment sink. New Violation. cos Corrected On-Site.
