Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(6)(a)] Freezer has built up ice. Condensate is considered (Not drinkable water) and should not be allowed to come in contact with food contact surfaces. COS: Pans are being used to watch drip. Repeat Violation. 17B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.06(5)(n)] Observed dumpster doors and lids open on both receptacles. Dumpsters should be kept closed and tightly shut to avoid insect/rodent entry. New Violation.
