Violation of Code: [511-6-1.06(2)(c)] Water temperature in men's restroom reached a maximum temperature of 66 degrees Fahrenheit. A handwashing sink shall be equipped to proved tempered water at a temperature of at least 100 degrees Fahrenheit through a mixing valve or combination faucet. New Violation. 2-2E Violation of Code: [511-6-1.03(6)] Food establishment does not have the appropriate sanitizing product to be used in case of a vomiting or diarrheal event. A food establishment shall have adequate procedures for employees to follow when responding to vomiting or diarrheal events. COS: PIC claimed that management is ordering a clean up kit.
