Violation of Code: [511-6-1.03(5)(i)] Upon arriving at beginning of inspection,an employee was observed engaging in food preparation without the use of an approved hair restraint. Employees preparing or handling food must use a clean, disposable, easily cleanable net or hair restraint approved by the Health authority (such as hats, or visors). COS: Employee donned a visor. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 14C Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(10)(g)(1)&(3)] Two stacks of togo pans stored face up on top of warmer cabinet. In order to protect from dust, debris, and other contamination, single use articles must be covered or inverted. COS: Two lids placed on top most container to protect from possible contamination. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 17C Violation of Code: [511-6-1.07(5)(a),(b)] Vent hood above fryers coated with grease and dust build up. Walls above drive thru window, next to single use article storage, were visibly soiled with debris. Must have both areas cleaned more frequently to protect from possible contamination. PIC stated that a company is scheduled to come clean in near future. New Violation
