Of the 5 symptoms that must be reported, employees could only list 2. COS: Educated employees on preventing foodborne illness. New Violation. 2-2E Violation of Code: [511-6-1.03(6)] Facility does not have a procedure for the clean up of contamination events such as vomit or diarrheal accidents. COS: PIC given educational material bridging the gap in knowledge on particular steps concerning safe clean up. Corrected On-Site.
