Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(4)(g)] Observed raw shrimp being thawed in prep sink designated only for the preparation of fruits and vegetables or the cooling and thawing of ready to eat foods. COS- Raw shrimp removed from prep sink and sink cleaned and sanitized. The warewashing sink may be used for the thawing and preparation of raw foods if the sink is cleaned and sanitized prior to use and the food is placed in a clean colander or pan. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
