Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(4)(m)] Many used cloths on prep tables without sanitizer solution available to store the cloths in between uses. Store cloths in sanitizer solution between uses to control bacterial growth. COS: Sanitizer solution containers prepared and brought to work stations for the storage of cloths between wiping down food contact surfaces Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 15A Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(1)(a)] White trash bags being used to store tortilla dough for use. Trash bags are not made of material that can not be certain to impart color, odors etc to food. Need to purchase food grade bags or use food grade containers. New Violation.
