Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(4)(c)] Raw chicken and shell eggs commingled with ready to eat (RTE) foods in reach in cooler. In lowboy, raw meats were found stored above scalloped mushrooms (RTE). Ready to eat and raw foods must be segregated to protect from overhead contamination. Raw foods must be separated vertically based on their minimum internal cook temperature. Raw foods with higher cooking temperature must be stored lower down than others. COS: Foods were all rearranged in both units according to proper storage order. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 13A Violation of Code: [511-6-1.02(1)(d)] Inspection report displayed was not from most recent inspection. At all times, the most recent inspection report must be displayed for public view. New Violation.
