A temperature measuring device or indicator must be available for operations that use hot water sanitizing dish machines Repeat Violation. 17B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.06(5)(o),(p)] Cardboard dumpster missing drain plug allowing possible entry of insects, pests, etc. into dumpster, and fluids, liquids out of dumpster. All dumpster drains must have plugs. Repeat Violation.
