Violation of Code: [511-6-1.03(6)] Observed no vomit/ Bodily Fluid Kit present on mobile food truck/establishment, however had appropriate (EPA) chemical used in case of event. A food establishment shall have procedures for employees to follow when responding to vomiting or diarrheal events that involve the discharge of vomitus or fecal matter onto surfaces in food establishment. COS: Provided written procedure for bodily fluid event. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
