Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(10)(e)1&3] Rolls of paper towels used of wiping tables and supplying handwashing sinks stored on lower shelf area beside 3 compartment sink amongst chemicals and cleaners in addition to paper appearing to have been previously exposed to liquid or moisture. Keep single service items stored in clean, dry location where they are not exposed to splash or dust. COS- PIC repurposed contaminated paper towels for cleaning windows only and to discuss with staff appropriate storage areas. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
