Violation of Code: [511-6-1.06(5)(k),(l)] Observed dumpster with missing lid. Receptacles and waste handling units for refuse, recyclables, and returnable shall be kept covered: with a tight fitting lids or doors if kept outside the food establishment. This reduces the attraction of rodents/insects. New Violation. 17B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.06(5)(q)] Observed dumpster area with heavy accumulation of leaves, plastic, etc. Dumpster area should be cleaned at a frequency necessary to prevent them from developing a build up of debris or becoming attractants for insects and rodents. New Violation.
