Violation of Code: [511-6-1.07(6)(a)] Container of low temperature sanitizer dispensing into the warewashing machine labeled with "Sodium Hypochlorite" as active ingredient, however, 0ppm sanitizer registers on chlorine test strips for warewashing machine but 200ppm sanitizer registers on quat test strips which uses a different active ingredient. Several cycles were ran and machine sanitizer primed using different types of test strips to confirm chemical to active ingredients label. The PIC must ensure original containers for chemicals are received and kept unadulterated. Use test strips after changing out sanitizer containers to ensure products are dispensing correctly per product label. New Violation.
