In order to achieve the cooling parameters, techniques should be used such as: cooling uncovered, using smaller portions, cooling in ice, and other effective means. New Violation. 13A Violation of Code: [511-6-1.02(1)(d)] Inspection report not most recent. Must display the most recent inspection report at all times. Repeat Violation.
