Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(7)(b)] All 3 drink dispensers located in main kitchen had nozzles with heavy debris of mold accumulation inside and around rim. Beverage dispensing nozzles and enclosed components of equipment should be cleaned at a frequency specified by the manufacturer , or at a frequency as necessary to preclude accumulation of soil or mold. All drink dispensing nozzles are washed and sanitized every night. COS: PIC took a part all drink dispensing nozzles and replaced with new nozzles. Discussed using a small brush to brush inside of nozzles after soaking in sanitizer. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
