Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(6)(g)] TCS foods found on premises contained no/wrong date markings. Ham, cheese, and sausage found within main kitchen beneath prep top cooler had no 7 day date markings. COS: PIC made correct date markings for TCS foods. Repeat Violation.
