Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(7)(a)1] Pans and utensils on racks above 3 comp sink have visible food residue and/or greasy. Food contact surfaces of utensils must be cleaned to sight and touch. Discussed obtaining new pans an equipment with PIC. COS: PIC removed soiled pans and utensils on racks above 3 com sink. Made note to discuss buying new equipment. Corrected On-Site. Repeat Violation. 4-2B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(7)(b)] Drink dispenser located in lobby had mold residue accumulation located within drink nozzles. Drink nozzles are cleaned and sanitized daily. Discussed using a small brush to clean inside nozzles instead of just soaking/sanitizing nozzles. COS: PIC removed nozzles from use and cleaned with small brush. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 17B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.06(5)(r),(s)] Debris found behind and around dumpster. Garbage/dumpster area should be kept clean of built up debris to prevent attraction of rodents/insects. New Violation.
