Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(7)(a)1] Both drink dispensing machines had caked accumulation of residue on dispensing portions of machines located within lobby. Drink dispenser located at drive through had no residue. Dispensers are pulled daily, washed, and sanitized, but had not been cleaned to sight. COS: Person in charge pulled both dispensers washed, sanitized, and located special brush used for cleaning drink dispensers. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
