COS: Utensils removed from handsink Corrected On-Site. Repeat Violation. 15B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(3)(h),(i)] No irreversible registering thermometer or indicators available for measuring utensil surface temperature of hot water mechanical warewashing machine. All facilities that use these are required to have one available. Thermometer is dish washing approved, but does not have a max/min feature Repeat Violation. Correct By: 11/25/2017
