Violation of Code: [511-6-1.07(2)(i)] Many of the fluorescent bulbs in light fixtures above food contact surfaces and food preparation areas in back prep/dishwashing area are without shielding or missing the end caps to seal the bulbs in the plastic tubes. Replace end caps and/or put fluorescent bulbs into plastic tubes with end caps. New Violation. Remarks This is a change of ownership. Rules and Regulations for food service for the State of Georgia require a Certified Food Safety Manager (CFSM) be on staff within 60 days of permitting. Managers and cooks are CFSM. Hall County Environmental Health Department offers a basic food safety class for employees to attend free of charge within 3-months of permitting - call Environmental Health office to schedule. PERMIT ISSUED. This is a full service establishment. Restaurant seating limited to 80 seats and 375 gallons of water use per day since there is no available property for repair of the on-site sewage management system should the system cease to function properly. No outdoor seating.
