This is a change of ownership with addition of equipment to transform location from a pizzeria to a full service barbeque restaurant. Rules and Regulations for Food Service for the State of Georgia require a Certified Food Safety Manager(CFSM) be on staff within 60 days of permitting. Several managers are CFSM.
Hall County Environmental Health Department can offer a basic food safety class for employees to attend free of charge within 3-months of permitting - call EH office to schedule.
PERMIT ISSUED. This is a fast food establishment. There are 83 seats and not outdoor seating.
MUST TAKE BOTH PAGES OF INSPECTION TO BUSINESS LICENSE OFFICE.
