Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(6)(n)] Quaternary Ammonium sanitizer concentration in 3 compartment sink registering less than 100 PPM. For Quats, the concentration must be maintained between 150-400 PPM to effectively sanitize dish surfaces at a non-toxic level.
COS: Additional tablets were added to water. Concentration 200 PPM. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
12B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.03(5)(g)] Observed employee actively engaging in preparing sliced fruit wearing bracelet on arm. No jewelry is to be worn by employees engaging in food preparation except a plain ring, such as a wedding band, which is allowed.
COS: Employee removed bracelet. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
16B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.06(2)(r)] Leak coming from hot water faucet at 3 compartment sink when water is not being used. Plumbing systems must be maintained in good repair New Violation.
17A Violation of Code: [511-6-1.06(5)(h)] No covered trash can in employee restroom. Restrooms must contain a covered receptacle for sanitary napkins if used by women. Correct by 11/15/17. New Violation.
Remarks This is a change in ownership for a food service permit. Rules and Regulations for Food Service for the State of Georgia require a Certified Food Safety Manager (CFSM) be on staff within 60 days of permitting. Owner is certified.
