Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(6)(g)] Observed Tomatoes and Lettuce in prep top cooler without date marking. TCS food must be date marked and discarded 7 days after preparation. Repeat Violation. 17C Violation of Code: [511-6-1.07(5)(a),(b)] Walls behind dish machine with mold-clean area and keep clean. Freezer door also broken off hinge. Door must be fixed to prevent from contamination via condensation and temperature loss. Repeat Violation.
