COS: PIC educated on responsibility to train employees in reporting responsibilities. Employees filled out reporting agreement Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 2-2D Violation of Code: [511-6-1.07(3)(b)] No paper towels at handsink. All handsinks must stay stocked with disposable paper towels at all times. PIC explains that more paper towels are to be delivered soon, in the meantime only single use of a cloth towel or washcloth will be permitted New Violation.
