Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(7)(b)] Inside of ice machine with very prevalent build-up of mold on walls of bin, chutes. Ice machine on monthly cleaning schedule. If this much build-up is noticed on the monthly schedule, a more frequent cleaning is needed to prevent such large build-up. Will dump after service tonight to clean and sanitize and start biweekly cleaning. New Violation.
