Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(6)(a)] Shelf to the right inside walk-in cooler has broken corner causing food containers to slide when bumped and can potentially fall onto floor. Keep equipment repaired and maintained to keep their characteristic qualities under normal use. PIC to notify owner shelf needs repaired or replaced. New Violation. 15C Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(7)(d)] Accumulated dust and food debris on racks and shelf attachments inside walk-in cooler. Clean non-food contact surfaces frequently and thoroughly enough to preclude accumulations and after food spills. PIC to incorporate walk-in shelving into staff cleaning schedule. New Violation. 17B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.06(5)(q)] Accumulated spilled grease down the side and puddled in front of the grease container. Receptacles must be cleaned at a frequency that precludes debris buildup that may attract pests. New Violation. 17B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.06(5)(o),(p)] Empty fryer oil boxes stored beside grease container and accumulated cigarette butts strewn along curb at back door. Keep refuse areas clean and maintained. New Violation. 17C Violation of Code: [511-6-1.07(5)(a),(b)] Accumulated debris and residue along floor wall juncture and under equipment in back hallway and kitchen areas. Clean areas frequently and thoroughly enough to keep rid of accumulations. New Violation.
